Terms And Conditions

Please read through terms and conditions of your booking

• Provisional booking will be held for a maximum of 7 days.
• Deposit must be received within 7 days otherwise your chosen dates will be re-sold.
• Booking is not confirmed until you receive from me either by e-mail or post written confirmation.
• Please ensure you bring with you the written confirmation.

Booking

• All bookings are accepted on the basis that the hirer and their party accept the park rules and current booking conditions whether they have read them or not.  Haven reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation, where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking form or their guests might impair the enjoyment of other guests.
• Only the people listed on the booking form can occupy the caravan and use the facilities on the park.  If this legal requirement is not met your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave without any refund to you.
• Damage and breakages caused to caravan or equipment must be paid for by the hirer.
• The hirer of the caravan must be age 21 or older and must be present during the occupancy of the caravan.
• The caravan must be left clean and tidy on departure.
• The caravans are all privately owned. Please look after and respect the use of it and treat it as your own.
• If the caravan is found to be dirty on departure day, then we Reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of £40.00 payable on demand.
• All our caravans are Non Smoking and anyone caught smoking inside the caravan will terminate their holiday without any refund and will be billed for a deep clean of the Caravan.
• Please smoke outside and discard with care.
• Please ensure all rubbish is placed in large green bins within park grounds upon departure.

Deposits

• Deposits are refunded providing:
• No Pets are in caravan (unless permitted)
• Caravan is left clean and tidy
• Gas and electricity is switched off when not in use.
• No Smoking inside of caravans.
• If you do not cancel.
• Bed Linen is used. (either supplied or you bring your own)
• No damage has occurred.
• Only persons named on booking form allowed to stay overnight.
• A 2.5% charge is deducted from deposit for using online payment option.

Cancellations or change of dates.

• If you cancel or change your holiday dates you may be subject to a price increase due to seasonal fluctuations, subject to availability.
• If you cancel when balance has been received the following will be lost;
• Up to 4 weeks to arrival date 50% of balance and deposit
• Up to 2 weeks to arrival date 75% of balance and deposit.
• 2 weeks or less 100% of balance and deposit.
• Jenny’s Holiday Homes reserves the right to cancel any Holiday without notice. Where this happens all Money paid will be refunded in full including deposit.

Balance

• Balance is due 4 weeks prior to holiday arrival date. No other reminders will be sent.

Miscellaneous

• Entertainment passes are not included in the cost of your holiday.
• Violent or aggressive behaviour will result in your holiday being terminated immediately from caravan and Holiday Park.
• Pets are only allowed in certain caravans; please ask when booking if pets are allowed in your chosen caravan.
• A further deposit of £50 (non refundable) is required for a pet and must be paid when booking.
• No all Male or Female parties.
• All cheques and postal orders to be made out to Jennifer Lawson.
• Please ensure you bring towels and tea towels.
• By signing the booking form you agree to the terms and conditions.
